Who processes your data

What data we collect

When you fill in the consultation booking form, you provide us with the data you enter yourself:

• name
• phone (optional, if email or messenger is provided)
• email (optional)
• Messenger/Telegram (optional)
• citizenship (optional)
• a comment about your situation (optional)
• the chosen consultation day and time, or the “as soon as possible” option
• the interface language you used

Required fields

To submit the form you must provide your name and at least one contact method — phone, email, or messenger. All other fields are optional.

Why we process your data

We use your data solely to contact you, confirm, and carry out the consultation you request.

Legal basis

Processing your data is based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox in the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Form submissions are sent to our email inbox via Gmail (Google) — a technical service provider that delivers the message and may process data on servers outside the EEA in accordance with Google's own data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and carry out the consultation, but no longer than [24 months] from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data
• correct inaccurate data
• erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• restrict processing
• object to processing
• data portability
• withdraw consent at any time

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies. We do not collect any data about your behaviour on the site beyond the information you enter into the form yourself.

This site is not directed at individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
